I do feel like these panels helped with the echo a bit, and overall the room just feels a little better somehow. But the bass is still kind of muddy, which is frustrating because I really wanted it to feel more cleaned up. They’re good, just not quite the fix I was hoping for.

I ordered a few panels from GIK Acoustics the products themselves were fine. No complaints there, they arrived in good shape and did what I needed them to do.
The customer service side was just a little hit or miss for me. They did answer my questions eventually, but I don’t know why it felt like everything took longer than it needed to. I had to follow up once just to get a clearer update, which was a bit frustrating.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not the smoothest. I’d probably consider ordering from them again, but I do hope their support gets a bit more organised and quicker to respond.

Everything was packed really well with no dents or random damage, which was a relief because the boxes were big. Weirdly, I remember one box had a tiny blue sticker on the corner that I kept noticing for no reason, but everything inside was totally fine. Overall, really happy with the delivery side of it.
